Brand story
With an impressive track record of more than 90 completed projects in just eight years, SDA have helped associate business partners grow and expand. Their expertise, eye for detail and ability to find workable solutions to unforeseen challenges, has meant that owner Samir Ene, known to his colleagues as Sammy was relied upon more and more, to ensure that projects were delivered on-time, within budget and to a high standard. A number of his projects have been featured in House and Garden magazine for work in prime southwest London locations such as Fulham, Putney, Wandsworth, Chelsea and Richmond.
Being nimble and adapting to changes during a project, is something Sammy strongly believes in. It’s this approach, together with his easy ability to listen and advise, that makes him a valuable asset, particularly on more complex projects where he is working with his team, architects, property developers, and clients, at any one time.

After nearly two decades in the building and design industry, Sammy proudly launches his own full-service company, transforming properties into the ultimate living or working spaces for his clients in and around London. Passionate about delivering on a high-quality spec, he has dedicated his career to acquiring the knowledge and experience needed in every aspect of a build and the related specialist trades.
Sammy is registered with the Federation of Master Builders, RTB and has passed all the required health and safety qualifications for him and his team at SDA Build London.

The Team
Our in-house tradesmen cover almost 100 percent of a building team required. We collaborate with a number of architects and designers as well as building control teams – both private and council. We can also help our clients with planning documentation and submission. Clients experience a professional approach when it comes to building their dream house. A dedicated, reliable and highly skilled team ensures that the most effective solutions are put in place, in order to deliver the perfect finish to any house restoration or renovation project.
SDA is currently running 10 different building teams covering the following trades: basement dig-outs, ground workers, bricklayers, steel frame erectors, carpenters, dry liners, joiners, cabinetmaker, plumbers, electricians, floor fitters, tillers, stone filters, roofers, AV specialists, home automatisation specialists, green energy engineers and many more.
