Solutions
With rigorous planning we dug the basement first, which extended under the garden and side extension. We then built a loft-pod conversion, and put up scaffolding to enable the building extensions.
Results
A beautiful and spacious house, with a TV room, gym, guest ensuite bedroom and utility room. A five-bedroom house with an ensuite, outdoor barbecue area, large kitchen, and more.
Finishing Touches
Two transformed properties, one with an outdoor dining area, elegant new kitchen and living room. The second a loft conversion with new kitchen, ensuite bedroom and gym.

total demolition and rebuild while we lived in the house
Sammy and his team completed a total demolition and rebuild job for us. Sammy is highly experienced and was very committed to delivering a quality product.
