Two flats needed to be restored to its former single property status, restoring original period features.

Modern kitchen with a sleek white island countertop, built-in appliances, pendant lighting, and wooden bar stools, featuring open shelving and ambient lighting.

Solutions

We reconfigured the internal layout, increasing the ceiling height and added in a new staircase. A double storey rear and side extension and loft conversion were added and the house was refurbished and period features were restored with traditional handcraft techniques.

A period house was restored to a spacious family home.
