Sammy and his team carried out a full refurbishment of our Victorian terraced house between January and December 2015. The works included major structural modifications which included the lowering of an existing half basement by 1 meter and excavating further to create a full basement. A rear extension on the ground floor that extended into the side return, plus a pod room on the top floor. All pipework and heating were replaced, as well as a full rewire. All bathrooms and kitchens were refurbished. In addition, the roof as well as all windows and doors were replaced, plus full redecoration of the entire premises. Sammy and his team were punctual, professional and highly proficient. Sammy attended all weekly site meetings and dealt with all enquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner. The quality of his and his teams work was highlighted by a very small snag list. Any snags that were highlighted were dealt with fairly and swiftly. It’s almost 2 years since the work was completed and we are still as satisfied now as when we first moved back in. If we were to ever undertake a project like this again Sammy would be the only contractor I would consider.

Following a successful re-furb and basement dig by Sammy and his team at our London home, we were delighted that he accepted the challenge to create our dream home outside Henley-on-Thames.
