New owner with a new vision, to accommodate a wine cellar and utility in a basement dig out, add an extension and create a gallery room.

Solutions

The basement was dug out to include the extra rooms the client required. Then the first floor was completely demolished to create a gallery room and a side return extension built to add in further rooms, finished with a complete refurbishment throughout.
